The SEC requires all employees of a company who have filed be placed under a gag order, and are basically not allowed to talk about it.
They're supposed to avoid displaying or commenting directly to the press (I think this includes all media types, which would included the Slashdot feed on their site).
The "man" i work for filed their SEC a while ago, so I kinda got the skinny on this.
