One possibility would be to use this for liver tumore via chemoembolization techniques. Presently a wire tipped with chemo is snaked to the tumor
via groin artery. The chemo is inserted into tumor in highly concentrated form, then the blood vessels to tumor are sealed off. Substitute nanorobots in
this isolated environment might be a start.
