If you attract people who would normally not come to this area with an incentive of being part of America if you stay there and survive 5 years and also pay the taxes during that time as EB2 has wage guidelines. I think we might see some innovation. May be some company will setup shop there and have the workers work in Detroit but have clients all over. I see way too many opportunities for the city to come back. There are no jobs there right now for anyone so the government cannot give these non existent jobs to job hunting Americans. I also believe that they don't have money to relocate Americans by providing incentives.

As google already scans their services they could have robots (not people) place adds inline of the messages as if they are being suggested by the sender.

Oracle Unbreakable Linux is a copy of RHEL with oracle providing the support. They use it on their Exadata offering. If it is inferior why do they not write their own secure java based OS that runs all.

They can do what ever they want. They only facilitated a service and they can do with it what ever they please. They might not be able to use your things like photographs which are protected by other laws but for services, they own it so their choice.

google lets you turn off tracking for most services. Login to facebook and go to bing and now make it not log you in to facebook connect.
