stupid user (Score 1)

I work at a non-profit organization and some users are just plain stupid. I have to drive back and forth between about 4 locations and sometimes it's just not worth it. For example, this one lady was having a problem with her printer (it wasn't being detected during installation). I tried to diagnose it over the phone since I didn't feel like driving all the way over there. So I ask her the basic questions: is it plugged in correctly? is there and error message, if so what does it say? Stuff like that. So we talk for a while and I figure I'd just go over there since she's such a retard. I get over there and sure enough, it's plugged in the ethernet port on her laptop instead of the usb port. Don't ask me how it fit...
