Norway has the following:
14 days notice during the "trial period", which is a written agreement between employer/employee.
Employee leaving/employer letting employee go:
0-5 years : 1 month / 1 month
5-10 years: 2 months / 2 months
10+ years : 3 months / 3 months
More than 10 years, and the employee more than X years old:
50: 3 months / 4 months
55: 3 months / 5 months
60: 3 months / 6 months
