My understanding was that it's still the Dept of Defense until Congress changes the name, regardless of what Kegseth says. For the appeals court to use that term in a legal document says more about the person that wrote that opinion. I have two PC's and both have a BD player attached. I purchase quite a few CD's from Japan as I discovered that they have some of the best rock/metal bands around and they all still release CD's. If M$ closes this service, I may have to change my use of PowerDVD.
