Folks, municipalities still have to put it up to a vote from its constituents if they want to offer broadband. All this bill does is kill a statewide ban on municipalities even being able to put up that vote. All you doom and gloom folks can rest easy... This simply makes it easier for you the voter to have a voice. No more no less.
