Boneheaded Apple Sues Big Fan (Score 1)

Apple's decision to sue Nick Ciarelli was not a good PR move. Apple probably has valid claims against the Harvard freshman, but Apple probably would have accomplished a lot more by enlisting him as a marketing ally rather than suing him as an enemy.
