Unfortunately, the conference organizers have no say as to what the exhibitors talk about in their booth. So, if the exhibitors staff their booths with airheads who are not knowledgeable, that should reflect poorly on that exhibitor, not the show organizers. I for one, as a a conference goer, don't mind waiting in line for a badge. In this day and age, safety first.
