Your argument that it's fraud is sadly quite far from the point, there is no false advertising, the product does all it is advertised for. It does not say that it is magical. It just shows it in the hands of a fictional character. I am waiting for the time when you will be declaring movies to be "fraud" instead of "entertainment".

I don't know why, but the system requirements page states that:
For running on Mac OS the minimum requrements are:

Minimum Hardware

* Macintosh computer with a PowerPC G3, G4, or G5 processor
* 128 MB RAM (Recommended: 256 MB RAM or greater)
* 4 GB hard drive space

I don't know what you need the 4 GB of hard drive space for (52MB for both windows and linux)...
