I know you didnt mean it seriously as you did call it a childish dream but no matter what system of ethics your laws are built on, eventually they will become a complicated mess that drifts away from the original intent. Remember, a system of laws that started with the bill of rights eventually came with laws that curtailed them. example prohibition.
