How's their per person *who live in industrial cities* emissions? A quick google search shows me that 43% of Chinese live in rural areas compared to 19% in America. How do think their CO2 output would increase if all those people lived in industrial cities? I'd be willing to bet it would then be higher than "western" countries, and that even currently if you compare their cities to "our" cities, we come out well below their rates. So you aren't really comparing apples to apples.

You watch too much TV. Us "Westerners" are tougher than leather. But you won't ever get to find out, cause we're also smart. What can you do about us? We're living it up, life is a party and there's nothing you can do to bring us down. hahaha
