Are you letting MS sell your email address? (Score 2)

Um... maybe I missed something, but it looks like Microsoft can now look at all of the emails, postings, etc. that any of their (millions of) users create, and profile them. "Oh, well John Doe likes tennis (according to his posting in a forum), wears Nike shoes, but hasn't tried many others. Let's add him to the "athletic footwear users" list and sell all of the information we have on him (including his password, since that's now our intelectual property as well) to all of the other shoe manufacturers."

Because Microsoft now has the right to "Use , modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any such communication",what is to prevent Microsoft from profiling and profiting from us in a way that would make DoubleClick turn green with envy?
