What you wrote is FALSE.

I'm Spaniard (and engineer).

If you divide one item in 100 equal parts, you CAN NOT give/use/have more than those 100 equal parts. You can NOT pay more than the 100% of your money (you would change the units from "your money" to "borrowed money), you can NOT eat more than 100% of your food (you would change the units from "your food" to "others food"), you can NOT breath more than 100% of the air available in a room (you'd be dead by then), you can NOT surpass 100% EVER, because that represent the WHOLE.

Also, "2.68 times more" (what I wrote) IS NOT the same as "268% higher" (what the OP wrote) AT ALL. You should check it.

Let's suppose that non-Agile projects have a REAL "percentage" of failure of 20%.

For easy calculations that you can easily check, having "2.5 times more", mean Agile would fail 20% * 2.5 = 50%.

Saying it has a "250% higher" , make the rule of three:
20 (non-Agile) -> 100%
20 (the base) + 250% * 20 (this is the "higher" part) -> x

Is that 50%? No? Why!? Simply because you CAN NOT even calculate it because they are NOT even in the same units!

20 -> 100%
20 + 50% -> x

(20+50%) * 100% = 20x

2000% + 5000(%)^2 = 20x

Etc.

You might not like it,but the math is correct, you're not.

And you can NOT surpass 100%

The projects fails as the OP fails at maths.

Quote: " 268 percent more likely to fail "

Eh... Nope. A "100%" is EVERY project. So saying "268% more" is like saying that EVEN thinking about projects fails.

They should have said "they fail 2.68 times more times" or "their ratio of failure is 2.68 times higher".

I don't know in your country, but in mine they can write in the license/TOS/terms and conditions/whatever want, even requesting you give them your firstborn and there's no problem at all.

Why? Because if anything written in it is ILLEGAL, then it does NOT apply.

In this case, the phone is YOUR property. If they keep it, it's THEFT, thus that clause is ILLEGAL and you can win a lawsuit against them.

yeah, the problem is the Loudness War and their extreme dynamic range reduction.

It's SO reduced that there's no enough separation at all between the voice channel and the music/soundFX.

So unless you receive an audio stream with separated voice channels, (and manually configure it), you're out of luck.

And no, AI will not help you like it did for the last Beatles song... At least not in a "live" environment.

Speed up, perfect; but you clearly states "constraints ... because I couldn't imagine..."

So, my question would be: at what point would you stop calling the "end product" as "handmade/brainmade/by yourself" and call it a "collaboration"?

I mean, if "I couldn't imagine" something, that something should not be called "my" creation. (Let's not do a "Bitter Sweet Symphony" thieving like Jagger did)

I need NOT to visit her torture chambers AT ALL. Why? Because painkillers are a BASIC treatment done BY EVERYONE... well, everyone BUT HER.

She DENIED ANY PAINKILLER to her "patients" because (literal quote) "pain puts you closer to God".

Heck, there's even a video recording while she was been interviewed in one of her torture chambers where a patient goes to her and said "Please, make God stop loving me" (aka asking for pain to stop).
