I am from the UK (please excuse the excess'u' in spellings), I see opposing views towards law enforcement (especially after George Floyd) . I am trying to understand why a small business owner would risk their money/living to open a store in a neighborhood where the police are forced out due to protests - how would they get insurance for such regular occurences ?
