The problem I have is that I'm a new subscriber and their rep should have warned me of this impending issue. Here's the email I sent to the CEO fo dishnetwork: Dear CEO, I am a new subscriber and I feel that I was lied to during the sales process. There is no way that I will believe that you didn't know that this could have potentially happened before I signed up. Your rep should have warned me! I think it is despicable that you would charge me a cancellation fee if I cancel my service. I have had this service for less than a month and am completely dissatisfied already. I am formally requesting that you cancel my service immediately upon the anniversary of my contract. I may cancel it next week if this is not resolved and let you sue me for the cancellation fee. I will in the meanwhile spend money to start a website and to spread the word throughout the online community that your company is unjust and should be avoided. I will also be contacting and complaining to the Better Business Bureau and the FCC. I have already tried to buy the domain dishnetworksucks.com and thought it ironic and humorous that you own it. Fear not, I will buy something similar before the night is out. I am also going to try to organize a class action lawsuit for bad faith. Your representive should have warned me before I signed up. I could almost understand if I was a long time customer but I JUST SIGNED UP! I am sure that you are inundated with emails and are not answering these emails personally but I'll consider it therapeutic and will consider the efforts that I will henceforth begin just part of same.
