It's all but impossible to avoid exposure to dioxin. Women exposed to it pass it on to fetuses in the womb, and both breast milk and formula have been shown to contain the stuff. Research done by the Environmental Working Group has shown that a nursing infant ingests an amount 77 times higher than what the EPA has proposed as safe exposure. Adults are exposed to 1,200 times more dioxin than the EPA suggests is safe, mostly through eating meat, dairy, and shellfish."

MrShaggy sends a quote from a CBC story: "BP has scuttled the 'top kill' procedure of shooting heavy drilling mud into its blown-out oil well in the Gulf of Mexico after it failed to plug the leak. BP chief operating officer Doug Suttles told reporters on Saturday that over the last three days, the company has pumped more than 30,000 barrels of mud and other materials down the well but has not been able to stop the flow. 'These repeated pumping[s], we don't believe will likely achieve success, so at this point it's time to move to the next option,' Suttles said."

This article is total rubbish. Who is this "General Manager". can I have his job cause he is an idiot.
DNS is reasonably secure for a dynamic system we can certainly detect poisoning fairly quickly and we have firewalls.
If a routing table gets weird it is not such a big end of the world thing... it talks to the next router and things straiten out.

Seriously, I bet nothing went wrong. If there are more sellers in the market than buyers the price drops.
Automated trading will dump stock into a falling market in a stop loss situation which is what is designed to do.
Perhaps they want to go back to a paper based system where people have to place orders in person? Will this affect supply and demand?
