To avoid the WinCE help annoynace, you can remove manully all WinCE index files including dv_vcce4.hxi
dv_vccelng4.hxi
dv_wceatl4.hxi
dv_wcecrt4.hxi
dv_wcemfc4.hxi
and all others wce*.hxi file.
