Comment The Question is Why Is Apple not Evolving (Score 1) 189

The why and where it exists are knowns as many commenters have stated. I read the article and for me the more appropriate question is why is Apple not actively evolving the Apple TV? Yes minor features have come out for it, but like most of what Apple does they just softly iterate on a design until people don't buy it anymore or a competitor shows them a better way to earn money. Apple cares about revenue, nothing else drives their decision matrix in my opinion...regardless of the spin. Thanks for reading.... A recovering 15+ year Apple fan boy and yes I own an Apple TV that I use. :)

I am no scientist, but I am a hobby maple syrup producer. We make maple syrup from a variety of trees that are available locally to us Red, Silver, Norway and Sugar. The difference is Red and Silver have lower sugar content and subsequently take more energy to convert to syrup. According to the abstract, this study focused on Acer saccharum (Sugar maple). I wonder for the short-term (20-50 years) the other species might out last sugar and what you see is a spike in real maple syrup sales. Just my thoughts.
