If you like admin /paper-work, GO FOR IT!!!
Otherwise go back to sys-admin (well my opinion) If you do your job good then you work for the first 2 months or so then you sit around and read slashdot or study something cool. Management work is too much like cleaning up after the "kids" that works under you. My boss asked me if I want to be a manager or something in the company I work for and said "If I work here for the next 20years and not be a manager. it will work for me". So some other guy got the job... Oh and I told her my boss must not tell me how to do my job.
So everything is good for me... But that's just me...
