When they say wireless, what they probably mean is iPAQnet (a Sierra Wireless CDPD modem with Go.America service resold by Compaq). But there are other options such as CDPD service from Omnisky & others, Ricochet service, and indeed 802.11b cards from Compaq, Lucent, etc.
