Why ? If china wants it, they can finance it. If the maglev is economicaly sound, the capitalist pigs will do it all by themselves.
Please note that we don't need "maglev trains". We need "fast and efficient trains".
The only thing "special" about maglevs is the placement of the engine (on the tracks). That makes it quite expensive, so before we start "financing china" maybe we should check if it really is that good.
