Not everyone lives in Saskatchewan. I hear that they have something called "the sun" in places farther
south. I bet most Americans would get a kick out of us plugging in our cars in the winter. Also, here
in Alberta people have much higher disposable incomes. It's like that in many other parts of the
country. $500 is a lot in Saskatchewan, not so much elsewhere.
