News.com reports alleged spam king Jeremy Jaynes pony $1 million in bail if he wants to enjoy the sunshine while his case is up for appeal. He's considered a flight risk with $24 million in assests. He would be ordered to wear a stylish GPS leg monitor and would not be allowed anywhere near a computer.
