We did a similar thing in 2006, except the cameras fed to a central desk at a fire station monitoring a mix of farms/forest/residential. The software would flag all smoke detections and since there was a lot of residential and informal settlements an operator would verify it was not an intentional fire. So, this is not a new product but a new marketing spin on a very old product.

They offshore a lot, like a network technician can sit remote and you pay half salary and don't need to supply the now increased medical cost as your employee's health is their governments problem, not yours. However certain positions they need someone in country, someone who expects to be treated well and receive big benefits... OR a foreigner who's entire life is governed by the employment contract. I think this fell under "labor trafficking" in my last mandatory slavery training from an organization that definitely needs to read their own material. I personally believed the US not voting to declare slavery a crime was to avoid raising minimum wage, but I guess there are more nuances to it...

Be a drag queen, but kids do NOT need to watch burleqsue shows, if you steal $100 worth of stuff it should be a crime with jail jailtime becuase it's stealing etc... The excuse of forcing the law even seems to fall flat these days, sorry, but even criminals get elected now (not just in America) and the people must accept it. If governments were not evil maybe they could earn some trust. I am not even secretive about my data, continue spying, I don't care. However, can you imagine a Boeing whistleblower used an .... wait they're all dead. What about a Russian oligarch who says som.... wait, they're all dead. Yeh.. this sort of government access would greatly increase the number of government opposition/whistleblower deaths.
