Habanero Sauce Rules!! (Score 1)

Dunno if you've been in the Yucatán peninsula --not in Can-cún, only tourists there-- and tried the real Habanero sauce with purple onion to go with Cochinita Pibil or simply Panuchos. You need not be a geek to enjoy that! Simply D-licious!!! but you'll need huge amounts of cold beverages close by. Then... next morning, at bathroom time, you'll be carving the wall tiles with your bare fingernails. Part of the process. Bottom line: Shun Can-Cún. Go somewhere else in Yucatán to enjoy Habanero. On the other hand, you forgot to include "Salsa de Chile de Árbol" made in the Mexican Bajío. That one matches and sometimes even tops Habanero Sauce. Im beginning to feel "hot" already. elmusafir
