I work for Vidyo (wwww.vidyo.com). We offer HD to the desktop using your Mac or PC, plus web cam and audio device. Excellent quality over general purpose IP networks. Integrate legacy H.323 room systems or use our room systems. Up to 50 participants per multipoint call. Not free, but affordable.
