The tally in Georgia that November surprised even the most seasoned political observers. (Hint: Republicans won.)" Er, I just looked up the Fulton and DeKalb county results. The Dems actually did win those counties for the 2004 Presidential, the 2004 Senate and the 2002 Gubernatorial (http://uselectionatlas.org/). I'm a little confused. What is the author saying the Republicans actually won in those 2 GA counties?
