I don't know if anyone posted this already, but there's another article in channel-one.de concerning the trademark-issue. The article is here. I really can't speak that much german, but the point is (I think) that they say that they are not going to use the trademark to get profit or anything. Dunno, run it trough babelfish, maybe you could make something sensible out of the article.
