Journal Journal: Is GoDaddy profiting from the ICANN fee?

After hearing about the recent $0.03 credit given to GoDaddy customers I decided to investigate the "ICANN Fee" that no other registrar seems to be charging. What I found is somewhat disturbing. It appears that ICANN may have a $20,000 cap on that fee. If this is true, GoDaddy is probably keeping the rest.
