Did it occur to you that you might be the one living 'overseas'? If this is so, you might even be inclined to claim that the 'overseas programmers' are BETTER educated.
Everyone seems be to assuming a lot of things about who is outsourcing to whom. Stop for a minute and think about it! Try to make comments that are more useful in general.
Since mmmmbeer didn't say, why is everyone assuming mmmmbeer's company is US based? In fact, why assume anything?
