I pretty sure not only Siemens, Bombardier and Alstom worked together to design this train, but Chinese engineers had a stake in this project. If it is so then this train is not safe :)

To the dissenters' credit, Justice Ralph Gants is quoted with 'Our constitutional analysis should focus on the privacy interest at risk from contemporaneous GPS monitoring, not simply the property interest.'"
