The link to the original paper is in the slashdot article (http://zzz.com.ru/chung.zip). This paper contains all the details and suppliers. I used the butyl-ether-based paste, best for 75C and below. This contains 40 vol.% dissolved ethyl cellulose and dispersed carbon black in the optimum amount of 0.20 vol.%. I used a mortar and pestal to mix the ingredients for about 20 minutes. Then I just let it stand covered in a cool place over night to let the bubbles rise out. I ended up making a cupful of the stuff fairly cheaply.
