you sound like me.
every holiday and vacation, i visit my family and they use my free services to fix stupid shit they have done or run into online. and of course, they can figure anything out other than windows. even ubuntu wasnt cool for them to learn to use. anyways, i'm very interested in a discussion on this. hopefully fellow slashdotters with hop on this thread
