I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and recieved a Masters of Professional Communication degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. My masters degree has paid for itself many times over. In my experience I've found that alot of technical people have trouble communicating with the rest of the people in their respective organizations, especially those outside of the IT department.
