Plenty of Americans who aren't republicans are outraged.
http://bradblog.com/ is all about election fraud, electronic voting machine hackability, and attempts for reform.
I know it ain't high tech, but paper is the way to go. And maybe a DNA sample would help -- just spit/bleed on your ballot to confirm.
