They were talking about "strong" encryption. Not the standard pgp type stuff. But where you HAVE to have it encrypted, new seeds for every character and all type stuff...
If it happens once, it's a bug. If it happens twice, it's a feature. If it happens more than twice, it's a design philosophy.
