I work in a so called "software service company".I have seen managers with '0' technical knowledge being brought into the company much to the horror of my team members.This happens due to the lack of technically experienced people willing to come forward to accept such responsibilities.Given the fact that you have 10 years of technical expertise my team mates would be happy to have u as our manager...interested ? :-)
