Hourly Flat rate for non-immediate family (Score 1)

I wouldn't expect a non immediate family memebr to bring his/her skillset to my beck and call (electrician/carpenter/etc...) with recompense. Therefore, my skill is available for an hourly cost as well.

$40/hr is a nice figure here in the midwest, USA.
