Nope, nobody reads your journal.

However, recruiters and managers absolutely love to see it.

One of the most important recognitions in life is that there are other people, that they have different wants and desires, and that their wants and desires are as important to them as ours are to us. To then work with it, admit it, and perhaps recommend it to others is a sign of maturity.

To then some up your post. "I'm mature". Or something like that. You're an inspiration to us all. :)
