Re:Woe is me. (Score 1)

At first, when I read about this whole Akira game shindig, I was totally excited... but this guy's got a point... think of the VOICE ACTING... with the exception of Snatcher and Metal Gear Solid (both Hideo Kojima games, mind you) there is not an anime-style game out there with even five seconds of decent voice acting. Even if Akira is domestically released, and the game rocks, I'll be pissed as hell from start to finish if the characters' voices aren't the ones I'm used to hearing every time I watch the film. The only way to solve that is to have original Japanese voices with subtitle options, something that several PS2 games have implemented already (thank GOD). But, if anyone stains Akira's reputation with a crappy game, I'll see to it that they drown in a psychic-milkbath.
