Comment Incredibly off topic, need help with Yahoo! (Score -1, Offtopic) 272
I know this is by no means the right forum, but I'm desperate:
After 7 years with Yahoo, they have "deactivated" my account for apparently breaching the terms of service (which I can assure you, I did not do).
Trying to contact Yahoo has gone nowhere, and I'm getting desperate to get my account back. I had endless amount of notes in the notepad, and people address's, etc all entered, the portal setup to show my stocks, everything.
My only guess is that I recently had the unforunate experience of dealing with an obvious scammer. I was rude in my last email, and the next morning, my account is deactivated. I have the whole email chain if anybody is interested, but here is the excerpt:
Dear Seller, I appreciate your response. However, I am ready to buy the item as early as possible. I am currently in US and I need the item for my son who is currently in Nigeria (23402) West Africa doing a research. The unit was stolen and need urget replacement so as not to stop his research.
I am ready to buy the item for $350 because I do not want to loose it. I am making the payment via Bidpay and I will like to know may be you will be able to ship the package as early as the payment must have been confirmed by bidpay.
Best regards
Martins
And I replied after a few back and forths:
Unfortunately, shipping to Nigeria will cost close to $2000 (by hot-air baloon).
Perhaps I could ship it first to the US and then you could ship it yourself?
Sorry for the problems,
Paul
If anyone can help in any way, I would VERY much appreciate it.
Thanks,
Paul
