The reason I ask is this: I am curious if the latest vape cartridges (cannabis and tobacco) are made of PLASTIC. If so, is it possible the plastics are off gassing? I used to purchase cannabis cartridges when it became legal here in Colorado several years ago. I no longer use them, but I remember having "options" if I wanted the "butane extracted" cartridges or the CO2 extracted ones. I always thought the butane ones tasted strange, so I always opted for the CO2 extracted ones. They also sounded safer. No butane involved. However, the cartridges were ALWAYS made of plastic. Then they started coming out with "specialty" cartridges that were strain specific and the cartridges were made out of GLASS. I asked why and they explained that the newer vaping pens (as of a few year ago) offer variable temps to allow for different kinds of draws. I ALWAYS found the glass cartridges provided a "cleaner tasting" draw even with the higher temps provided by the new vape pens. So I am curious if plastic is being used in the cartridges and off gassing or being used at too high of a temp. Just a random stream of thought. :-)

As a photographer and a die hard liberal, I find nothing offensive with the picture. Political art is both beautiful and uncomfortable. It both satisfies viewer's interests and generates discussion. Obviously this piece has generated a lot of discussion, and his piece is clearly a parody of the Time's cover. However, I DO take issue with SOMEONE ELSE taking the image off Flickr WITHOUT the artist's permission, editing it and posting it throughout the city. That was a clear violation of the artist's copyright. Flickr was completely within their rights to remove the image. In fact, part of their Terms of Service allows them to remove anything they deem offensive. That is why I refuse to post images there. I hope the artist continues his work and they catch the person who stole his piece off Flickr. Afterall, he is the people who clearly broke the law.
