Comment Prefered versus standard (Score 1) 654

Instead of having a company standard language, they should consider a company preferred language, that way if you have a choice, you stick with what most of your people know and in those 10% of cases where it just doesn't make sense to use your preferred language, you use what you have to, instead of trying to make that round peg fit where it doesn't.
