All of the outgassing and sublimation of the CO2 Cap over and entire Martian Summer (200-300 sols) does effect the atmospheric pressure of the planet .. but only increases it by 1-2 mb. Earth has an atmo. press of ~1013mb .. Mars ~8mb.
