Third Position writes: NASA on Tuesday signed a contract to pay $55.8 million per astronaut for six Americans to fly into space on Russian Soyuz capsules in 2013 and 2014. NASA needs to get rides on Russian rockets to the International Space Station because it plans to retire the space shuttle fleet later this year. NASA now pays half as much, about $26.3 million per astronaut, when it uses Russian ships.

I'll probably get moderated down for this, but I don't really prefer either Gnome or KDE, however the fact that both exist and compete for resources is in my mind one of the main causes behind the failure of Linux on the desktop. Hopefully this will drive a nail into one of their coffins.

I am also aware that he did not sympathize with the nazis and only did his work because he had to. But nonetheless, he _did_ the work.

I don't necessarily sympathize with the Republicans, but I still live and work in the United States. It's my home!

Well, it finally happened. It has been my habit to add all of HanzoSan's Freaks to my Friends list. But now, the number of HanzoSan's Freaks is in excess of 200, which is the maximum number of Relationships one user can have. Looks like I'm all maxed out on Friends.

Over 200 Freaks! What kind of a jerk does it take to make over 200 enemies on an online forum? This must be some kind of a record! Is there anyone else on Slashdot who has earned this many Freaks?
