is there a gold standard EULA that isn't so bad for the user? I envision creating one, and marketing it as a magic icon next to a service's EULA that means the equivalent of "we're not going to totally screw you" that leave the user feeling better about the service.
does anyone know of such a thing? a quick search didn't reveal anything
