Not even allowed to run a web site (Score 1)

At my University if you live on Campus you are not allowed to run any kind of business from your room, You are not allowed to host a website for profit or anything, I have thought of a great idea for a small University start up, That I plan to do next year, when I move off campus, Unless they start leting students run business from there rooms then I'll stay on. With these rooms, does the Start up have to be Technology based?? or could you do a start up Lemonade delivery service if you wanted??
