We have a young sprog, and my partner and I still have our collections of kiddie albums. He clearly gets enjoyment out of listening to them, although perhaps not as much for the nostalgia value we get!
There is also an old Butthole Surfers album I had, that did not have any track listings or anthing to say "This is side 1". When I bought the CD version a few years back, I realized that I had been listening to it the wrong way around. I can program the track listings to listen to it this way, but the CD player in the lounge doesn't do this, so out comes the vinyl, and I listen to it the way I grew up with.
Furthermore, with the silly season coming, nothing beats a sing-along to those old Seekers albums.
