"Race car driving isn't an inexpensive sport" Wow, you've obviously never built a race car or joined a track. It's ridiculously expensive even at the most basic level. It's good that they're reducing expense by moving to a more modular arrangement and with 3D printed parts, but it's still expensive.

He only did that in your imagination my dude. Keep on keeping on though. The world is rejecting your delusions now and your childish take is getting the reset it deserves.

Again, grow up simpleton. 1.5% is not a landslide, particularly against such a poor candidate. Look where fascism (and fascists like you) got us in the 20th century. Go ahead and salute your orange buddy all you like. In 2 years his reign of terror will be caput.

Grow up dude. He did it to incite the right wing in Germany following his comments to them. I'm sure everyone waits with bated breath to see how our billionaire class rapes the government for their greed, thanks to idiots that elected them. I'm constantly amazed that people vote against their own interests to help the rich, you included.

The best way to deal with this dbag is by causing his stock to crash. He did it himself for Twitter, bad design ruined the ugly truck, and regular Tesla owners are starting to sell their vehicles because of his political association and right-wing tendencies (plus his Hitlerian salute). I used to think he was a genius; now I think he's a dumbass.

As a friend of mine once opined: "Linux is free if you don't value your time". Don't get me wrong, I think it's great for business users that need server functionality, but as a personal OS, it requires too much effort to overcome hardware compatibility issues and optimization. I've used a variety of Unix and Linux versions from Mark V, Slackware 1.0 to Debian, Ubuntu, and Red Hat. For the average user, they should probably stick with Windows, unless they want to spend a lot of time learning esoteric command line commands and flags. I think it's a marvelous tool for those individuals that are capable of spending time on it and are ideologically driven, but one has to get under the covers to use it well.

It was obvious to those that were there that IBM was targeting older workers. Oh, they threw in the occasional younger worker to give themselves cover, but they were targeting people that they wrongly deemed incapable of changing or learning new technologies. I was one of the few who was included on their termination list, but was then taken off (me and another guy out of 30,000 that time). It took the actions of a Senior World Vice President to do so and lobbying from some high level people. My manager had a $35k check in his hand that was to be given to me on my exit, but I never got to claim it. So many others after that round got nothing. However, I was told by my management that I was unrestricted in who I could work for, so I went to the IBM client that I was working for, and they promptly hired me two weeks after I was removed from the termination list. I made up that $35k a few months later, and worked for them until I retired 10 years later. To quote an overused Klingon proverb: "Revenge is a dish best served cold", and I deprived those morons of a quarter million dollars a year in consulting fees. Ah....makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over again!
